Our Company was incorporated in January 2008. The Directors and Associates have 30 years of experience in this field of construction and fabrication. The works had so far been taken in other sister concern’s names. Since they are engaged in other type of activities also, a new company for the sole purpose of Infrastructure development has been incorporated.

At the outset, the company Sai Varshaa Structures Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 30th January 2008 under the companies Act 1956 vide Corporate identity number U70200TN2008PTC066241 and subsequently the name of the company has been changed to NIDI VARSHA STRUCTURES PRIVATE LIMITED with effect from 16.04.2021 by Ministry Of Corporate Affairs – Government of India.
The Directors of the company are Mr. P. N. Sreedharan and Mrs. S. Malathy. Mr. P. N. Sreedharan, a B. A. Graduate hails from a business family in Perundurai – Erode District. He started his career in 1985 as a Ferrous & NonFerrous Merchant and Structural Fabricator. Mrs. S. Malathy, a B.E. Graduate is now running an Educational Institution under the name and style of Venkateshwara Matriculation School, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai. Also the company has got a very good technical team. There are qualified site supervisors with qualification from Bachelor of Engineering – Civil and Diploma in Bachelor of Engineering. It has gota work force of 500 people.
The company is providing required accommodation and other facilities like insurance, medical facilities as and when required. The company has been registered as a Class – I contractor with The Public Works Department, Government of Tamilnadu. The company has also obtained the required GST Registration in Andhra Pradesh to execute the projects in all over the State of Andhra Pradesh. Further to the above the Directors of the Company has got vast experience in Residential Developments. They had involved in manyGovernment Projects such as TSUNAMI VULNERABLE HOUSES – a World Ban Project worth of Hundred and Fifteen crores in Pudukottai and Ramnad Districtsin Tamil Nadu. The company headed by The Director P. N. Sreedharan is the one who has completed the project and the same was declared open by The Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu in the Year 2013.
The company has completed many Industrial and Institutional Projects in all parts of Tamil Nadu & Andhra and few of the same has been given in this profile as pictures.
Apart, the Company now engaged in doing the projects with Indian Space Research Organization – ISRO, at SDSC – SHAR Centre, Sriharikotta, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh.

The Management has got a good reputation with Bank of Baroda for the past 48 Years & HDFC Bank since 2016 and capable enough to generate the cash flow to the tune of Ten crores. Having a good relationship and reputation with the bank there won’t be any hassle to avail fund based and non-fund based limits as and when required.
1. To carry on the business of all types of civil and structural fabrication. The projected volume of the company per year is to build 2,00,000 Sq. ft. of commercial and industrial buildings of various specifications and sizes. The company has adequate machineries and mechanical tools to achieve the above mentioned projection. Also the company has got the capacity of mobilization of machineries and raw materials to the work site at any point of time without any delay. For this fiscal the company has almost achieved its projection already.
2. To provide prompt delivery and handing over of the work done by the company. The company has a proud history of completing its projects by the stipulated time by fulfilling all the other specifications to the word. If due to unforeseen circumstances, if there is any deviation in time limit in completion of the project, the company would voluntarily come forward to accept the delay, if it is due to our company and abide by the penalty clauses put forth in the work order/agreement.
